The OnOffice integration automatically transfers new leads to your OnOffice CRM. All relevant contact and property data is synchronized.

The integration automatically checks for duplicates to avoid creating duplicate contacts.

Activation

How to activate the integration:

  1. Open Settings (top left)
  2. Navigate to CRM Integration
  3. Select OnOffice under "New Lead"

The OnOffice automation requires initial setup by our team. Contact support@fluss.ai to get started.

  1. Save the settings

After activation, all new leads will be automatically transferred to OnOffice. Existing leads will not be synchronized retroactively.

Requirements

  • Active OnOffice account
  • fluss.ai Pro or higher (CRM integrations are available from the Pro plan)
  • OnOffice API Token and Secret

Setting up API credentials

For the integration, you need API Token and Secret from OnOffice:

  1. Log in to OnOffice
  2. Navigate to ExtrasSettingsAPI
  3. Create new API credentials or use existing ones
  4. Note down Token and Secret for the fluss.ai setup

The API credentials need at least permission to create addresses so that leads can be automatically created.

Customizing Field Mapping

The field mapping between fluss.ai and OnOffice can be customized individually. Contact us if you want to:

  • Transfer additional fields
  • Use custom multi-select fields
  • Customize the contact origin
