Invoices

Change invoice details

To update company name, address or VAT ID on invoices:

1. Go to Account → Customer Portal
2. Click on "Payments"
3. Select "Update invoice"
4. Enter your complete company details

Download invoices

All invoices can be found in the customer portal:

1. Account → Customer Portal
2. View payment history
3. Download PDF

Change payment method

1. Open Customer Portal
2. Payment method → Edit
3. Add new card or SEPA direct debit

Plan Overview

What does "1 Flow per website" mean?

A Flow can be embedded on one domain with any number of subpages.

Example: You can embed the Flow on all these pages:

• my-company.com/valuation
• my-company.com/contact
• my-company.com/landing/summer

This counts as 1 website.

Change plan

Upgrade or downgrade possible at any time:

1. Account → Manage subscription
2. Select new plan
3. Change is prorated

Redeem a discount code

Discount and partner codes are entered in the checkout window, not in your account.

1. On Pricing, click "Subscribe" on the plan you want
2. The checkout window shows the order summary on the left
3. Click "Add discount" directly below the subtotal
4. Enter the code and confirm — the reduction appears in the summary straight away

DPA (Data Processing Agreement)

Request DPA

For GDPR compliance, you can request a DPA:

1. Contact support via chat or email
2. Provide company name and contact person
3. DPA will be created and sent (PDF)

DPA Contents

The DPA regulates:

• Type of processed data (lead data, contact information)
• Purpose of processing (lead generation)
• Sub-processors (Supabase, Vercel, Value AG)
• Technical and organizational measures

1. Account → Profile
2. Update email address
3. Confirmation via email

Change password

1. Account → Security
2. Set new password

Delete account

For deletion requests:

1. Contact support
2. All data will be deleted in compliance with GDPR
3. Active subscription will be cancelled

Yes, you can try fluss.ai for free. The trial includes the full feature set.

What happens after cancellation?

• Your data remains for a transition period
• You can export leads
• Data is deleted after expiration

Can I pause instead of cancel?
