Embedding Problems

Flow is not displayed on website

In WordPress Visual Builder: The Flow often only appears on the published page, not in the Visual Builder preview. Publish the page first and test it live.

General:

  1. Check the embed code for typos
  2. Make sure both parts are present:
    <fluss-x id="YOUR-ID"></fluss-x>
    <script src="https://fluss.ai/embed/flow.es.js"></script>
    
  3. Check browser console for errors (F12)

Flow is displayed in wrong language

The language is set when creating the Flow:

  1. Create a new Flow with the correct language
  2. Or: Manually translate all texts in the editor

When creating a new Flow, always choose the language first - all system texts, emails, and the valuation will then be automatically translated.

Lead Management Problems

Cannot save after changes

Cause: Validation fails on empty required fields.

Solution:

  1. Use the "Ignore validation" option (if available)

Valuation Problems

No valuation generated

  1. Check plan: Automatic valuation from Basic plan onwards
  2. Address correct? Check the recognized address in the lead
  3. Unrealistic inputs? The API cannot process these

Valuation shows unrealistic value

Possible causes:

  • Address was recognized as foreign → Fallback to comparison portals
  • Missing input data (garage, bathrooms, etc.)
  • Very unusual property without comparable objects

Solution: Contact support with lead ID for manual review.

Email Problems

Notifications not arriving

  1. Check spam folder
  2. Automation activated?
  3. Correct email address?
  4. Plan supports feature?

The Flow Editor is optimized for desktop. On mobile devices:

  • Lead overview: Works
  • Flow editing: Desktop recommended
