What is fluss.ai?
fluss.ai is a SaaS platform for lead generation. With interactive questionnaires (Flows), businesses can engage potential customers and automatically capture and process their data.
Who is fluss.ai for?
Primarily for real estate agents, but also for mortgage brokers, recruiting companies, energy consultants, and other consulting-intensive industries.
Do I need coding skills?
No! fluss.ai is a no-code platform. The visual Flow Builder allows you to create complex forms without any technical knowledge.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes! fluss.ai is fully white-label capable. You can use your logo, colors, text, and even custom domains.
How does the property valuation work?
The valuation is based on data from Value AG - a leading provider that also supplies banks for loan-to-value calculations. The data consists of 20% transaction data and 80% market data from portals like ImmoScout24, updated monthly.
Can I use custom PDF templates?
Yes! The valuation templates are fully editable in Word. You can use your own layout, logo, and text.
Can I embed Flows on my website?
Yes! Flows can be embedded via Web Component, iFrame, or direct link. We recommend the Web Component method for best performance.
Is there a free version?
There's a free trial period with full functionality. A subscription is required for permanent use.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes are prorated.
What happens to my data when I cancel?
Your data remains available for a transition period and can be exported. After the period expires, it will be deleted in compliance with GDPR.
Where is my data stored?
The database runs on Supabase (PostgreSQL) in the EU. Hosting is provided by Vercel with EU servers.
Is there an API?
fluss.ai uses tRPC for internal API communication. For external integrations, n8n workflows or webhooks can be used.
Does fluss.ai support multiple languages?
Yes! The platform and Flows support German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and Dutch.
